Reverend William L. Burns, Class of 1985, died Monday, January 1, 2018. We extend our deep sympathy to Father Burns’ family, former parishioners and friends at this time of sorrow and offer them our prayerful support.
- A Wake will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at Saint James Parish, 896 Main Street, Manchester. A Parish Mass will follow at 7:00 p.m.
- At the request of Father Burns’ family, in honoring his expressed wishes, Father Kevin P. Cavanaugh, Pastor, will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial at Saint James, on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Priests wishing to concelebrate may vest in the lower church.
