Rest in Peace: Deacon Patrick J. Mahoney

Deacon Patrick J. Mahoney passed away on July 23, 2026 at the age of 92.  Deacon Mahoney was ordained on July 13, 1979 and served at St. Mary Parish (Simsbury) until relocating to Falmouth, MA in 1989.  He was predeceased by his wife Lorraine in 2023.  He is survived by their five children, their spouses, and 12 grandchildren.  His obituary may be read here: https://www.chapmanfuneral.com/obituaries/Deacon-Patrick-J-Mahoney?obId=49123656

  • A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am at St. Anthony’s Church, 167 E. Falmouth Highway, Falmouth, MA 02536
  • Calling Hours will be from 4:00 – 7:00pm at St. Anthony’s Church
  • Burial will be private and at a later date
