The Archdiocese of Hartford is committed to helping every parish successfully attend Steubenville East 2027.
Whether your parish is attending for the first time or has been participating for years, our goal is to provide the tools, training, and support you need to plan a meaningful and impactful conference experience for your teens. Through a series of webinars, planning resources, coaching opportunities, and Archdiocesan-wide events during the conference weekend, we want to empower more parishes and more young people to experience this life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ.
Conference Dates: July 23-25, 2027
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts
Following the tremendous success of Steubenville East 2026, which brought together hundreds of teens and leaders from across the Archdiocese, we are introducing a new model for 2027.
Rather than coordinating one large Archdiocesan trip, the Office of Faith Formation & Parish Life will focus on:
- Equipping parishes to attend on their own
- Providing planning guidance and best practices
- Offering ongoing training webinars
- Assisting parish leaders throughout the registration process
- Creating opportunities for archdiocesan-wide fellowship during the conference weekend
This model allows our office to devote more time and energy toward helping a greater number of parishes successfully participate in Steubenville East.

Free Conference T-Shirt
Every participating parish will receive complimentary Archdiocesan Steubenville East T-shirts for all of their attendees to wear on Saturday, July 24, 2027. More information about the t-shirts will be available in early 2027.
Networking & Fellowship Gathering
Teens, Youth ministers, parish leaders, and volunteers will be invited to a special Archdiocesan event during the conference weekend to build relationships and share ideas for ministry.
