Deacon George Streib, ordained a deacon in 1991, died on Sunday, June 6, 2021. During his years of active ministry, Deacon Streib served at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Washington Depot and Saint Francis Xavier Church in New Milford prior to moving to Florida. We ask you to keep his wife Joan and all his family in your prayers.

Deacon George Streib was ordained at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph by the Most Rev. John F. Whealon on June 8, 1991. Following his Ordination, Deacon Streib served at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Washington Depot and Saint Francis Xavier Church in New Milford. After nearly three decades of ministry, he retired from active ministry in 2018.
