Clare Gallery’s third exhibition is our own 20th Anniversary Exhibition. For 20 years, the Gallery has been promoting the arts and hosting exhibits that educate and inform all who enter our facility! To salute this momentous milestone, we will curate the 20th Anniversary Exhibition celebrating 20 of our past artists. We have chosen them from our three themes emphasizing world religions, interfaith themes, and social justice issues either on a global or local level.
The exhibition includes the following artists:
Adeebah Alnemar; Stephen Balkun; Patricia Brintle; Diane Cadrain; Fr. Octavio Duran, OFM; Sr. Nancy Earle, SMIC; Susan Kapusinski Gaylord; Ann Grasso; Sr. Marion Honors, CSJ; Br. Robert Lentz, OFM; Carole Kunstadt; Br. Mickey McGrath, OSFS; Ed Johnetta Miller; Janet Mullen, SNDdeN; Fr. John Murphy, OFM; A Prayer Shawl from Janet Bristow; Fr. Michael Reyes, OFM; Nan Runde; Susan Spaniol; and Nancy Wynn.
Enjoy more information on our past exhibitions and all of our exhibitions at the Clare Gallery website.
Along with our exhibition, to mark this special occasion, we are planning a “20th Year Anniversary Evening of Celebration” on Saturday, September 30, from 4–7:30 p.m. The celebration includes a 4 p.m. Mass. At 5 p.m., Steve Balkun, master woodcarver, will discuss the sculptures he created for the Church sanctuary. At 6 p.m., you can enjoy an appetizer, a glass of wine, and a musical concert by members of our parish music ministry led by Director of Music Ministries, Dr. Gabriel Löfvall. There will also be a raffle of small works curated from the many artists that have graced our walls.
If interested in attending this celebration, the Gallery would like everyone to register for this wonderful celebration. Tickets are $20, as a suggested donation, per person. This celebration event is a major fundraiser for the Clare Gallery. All funds raised will support this ministry for many years. We appreciate your participation and generosity.
The Clare Gallery primarily features exhibitions that emphasize world religions or interfaith themes, as well as social justice themes, on either a global or local level.
