Join St. Mary Parish and the Social Justice Committee for a special Lenten evening at St. Joseph Church (129 Edwards St) this Friday, April 1st. Following the 5PM Mass, there will be a Lenten Meal in the St. Joseph Hall featuring foods from different countries served by Catholic Relief Services/Operation Rice Bowl – a savory black bean soup from Guatemala, a vegetable stew with plantains & collards from Rwanda, and a spiced red lentil dahl from Bangladesh. At 7:00 PM, everyone will gather back in St. Joseph Church for the Stations of the Cross Against Racism, led by Fr. Ryan and developed by the US Catholic Conference of Bishops.
