Reverend Joseph T. Montgomery, Class of 1958, died on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Fr. Montgomery served at many parishes in the Archdiocese prior to his retirement, most recently at Holy Spirit in Newington as Assistant Pastor. We extend our deepest sympathy to Fr. Montgomery’s loved ones at this time of loss and offer them our prayerful support.

• The Most Reverend Leonard P. Blair will be the principal celebrant of the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jerome Church, New Britain on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 11 AM.
• The Mass will be preceded by calling hours in the church from 9:00 to 10:45 AM.
• Concelebrating priests and vesting deacons are to gather in the church hall.
• The burial will follow the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Cemetery in New Britain.
