Reverend Thomas Richard Mitchell, Class of 1979, died Thursday, January 16, 2020.  We extend our deepest sympathy to Father Mitchell’s family and friends at this time of sorrow and offer them our prayerful support.

A Wake will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Ahern Funeral Home, 180 Farmington Avenue, Hartford.

The Most Reverend Leonard P. Blair will be the principal celebrant at the Mass of Christian Burial in the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center, 467 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends in the Pastoral Center Chapel beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
