The Reverend John P. McGuire, O.P., died on Sunday, December 25, 2016. He served as Pastor of St. Mary’s in New Haven throughout most of the 1980’s.
The Wake will be held in St. Joseph Church in Greenwich Village, 371 Avenue of the Americas, New York City, Monday, January 2, 2017, from 4:00-9:00 p.m., (with Office of the Dead at 7:00 p.m.)
The Very Reverend Kenneth Letoile, O.P., Prior Provincial of the Dominican Province of St. Joseph will be the principal celebrant at the Mass of Christian Burial, on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 151 East 65th Street, New York City. Homilist will be the Reverend William Holt, O.P.
