Information Regarding the Lawsuit Reported by the Media against Archbishop Blair by the Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Schools

The recent lawsuit by FACS involves a disagreement about how Trustees are to be appointed and/or renewed on the Board of Trustees of that organization. It concerns the manner of governance of FACS and the proper role of the Archbishop of Hartford when an entity is a supporting corporation of the Archdiocese of Hartford.
