- A visitation will be held prior to the funeral at Saint Paul Church, 485 Alling Street, Kensington, on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 11:30 AM at Saint Paul Church.
- Burial will take place at the South Burying Ground in Berlin at a later date.

Deacon Carmelo (Carmen) A. Guzzardi was ordained at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph by the Most Rev. Daniel A. Cronin on June 11, 1994. Following his Ordination, Deacon Guzzardi was assigned to Saint Paul Church in Kensington where he would serve until his retirement from active ministry in 2010.
