Dear supporters, parishioners and friends of St. John Paul the Great Parish in Torrington,

Last May, producers of Divine Renovation, the series hosted by TV icon Erik Estrada, came to Northwest Connecticut to shoot their second season. The show is about neighbors helping neighbors in need, and businesses joining in to provide goods and services.

St. John Paul the Great Parish and Academy and Father Emmanuel Ihemedu, pastor, were given the opportunity to be featured in the series. Some teachers and children from the Academy as well as parish staff and parishioners were also filmed.

A Red-Carpet event featuring a Producer’s Cut screening of the season will take place June 20, 2024, at the beautiful Warner Theatre in Torrington. Erik Estrada will appear at this one-night-only event. You can walk the Red Carpet and celebrate the wonderful community we live in, as well as get a sneak peek at portions of the episodes.
