The 30^th annual Diocesan Rosary Rally will take place Oct. 6, 2 to 3:30 p.m., at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, Waterbury. The event will feature a procession, rosary, talk and benediction. Auxiliary Bishop Juan Miguel Betancourt will speak about Mary’s role in salvation history. The event is free and open to the public.
