Attention all Sacred Heart High School Swim Team Alumni and Families who knew and were coached by Mr. Raymond Snyder Jr., former Swim Coach at the Heart for so many years.
On Friday October 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kennedy High School Pool, the Sacred Heart High School family and former Swim Team members will hold a dedication ceremony of the new record board in honor of Coach Snyder’s many years of dedication and coaching. All former and current Swim Team members of both the boy’s and girl’s teams are invited to attend this special honor.
The dedication, at 6:00 p.m., will take place prior to the Sacred Heart Swim meet. It was always a tradition of Coach Snyder’s to stop over at Spartan’s Restaurant after each meet. To keep up with this tradition, all alumni, friends, and those in attendance at the meet are invited to stop by Spartans Restaurant in Waterbury in Coach Snyder’s honor and memory! The dedication and stopping by Spartans will be a great time to renew old friendships and reminisce about Coach Snyder and the great Swim Teams at Sacred Heart High School. Coach Snyder was always so proud of all team members! In true Sacred Heart fashion, let’s honor this great man and coach!
Please RSVP to join us at Spartan’s by contacting Michele Griffith, Class of 1986 at Griffithgal@att.net
