St. Justin-St. Michael Parish will hold its 12th annual Caribbean Mass to celebrate Caribbean-American heritage month on Sunday, June 30 at 10 a.m. at 230 Blue Hills Ave. in Hartford. The annual parish cookout follows immediately after Mass and features traditional Caribbean-American food, music, dancing, games, face painting and other family fun. St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 318 Church Street, Naugatuck, will host Holocaust survivor, Endre (Andy) Sarkany, on Sunday, June 30th at 4:00 PM in their church hall. All ages are invited to hear about his personal experiences during World War II and living in the Budapest ghetto. This multigenerational event delivers an inspiring message of how faith and love triumph over the powers of evil and hate.  Free-will offering accepted. Refreshments will be served.
