The Office of Radio and Television of the Archdiocese of Hartford has announced the addition of a new channel, WCTX, channel 59, to expand coverage for the daily television Mass. Adding this second major television outlet extends the daily Mass to a wider audience in Connecticut, including Fairfield County, and parts of New York and Massachusetts. WCTX is found also on cable channel 9.

Father John Gatzak, Executive Director of the Office of Radio and Television, encourages viewers to take advantage of the expanded coverage, as he points out, “Now there’s an additional way to watch the daily Celebration of the Eucharist television Mass, a new channel has been added where you and your loved ones can experience God’s love and the joy of joining with people all over the Archdiocese of Hartford and beyond for prayers of comfort, of healing and of hope.”
