Intercessions for the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls’ Day)

For the Church: that she may always offer the consoling ministry of Christ to those who grieve. We pray to the Lord.
For those who mourn the dead: may they be comforted. We pray to the Lord.
For those who minister to the dying and the grieving: that they may be strengthened in love and hope. We pray to the Lord.
For those suffering from natural disasters, including the people of Jamaica, Cuba, and the Caribbean: that God may give them the resilience to face the challenges of rebuilding and recovery. We pray to the Lord.
For a spirit of generosity and solidarity: that people may be inspired to help those affected by recent human and natural disasters and to aid relief efforts. We pray to the Lord.
For healing and comfort for anyone physically, spiritually, or mentally affected by human or natural disasters. We pray to the Lord.
For those who have died suddenly or without the grace of the sacraments: that they may receive God’s mercy. We pray to the Lord.
For all souls, including those who have no one to pray for them: that they may be welcomed into God’s light and peace. We pray to the Lord
