Welcome to the Office of Faith Formation & Parish Life
The Office of Faith Formation and Parish Life is here to accompany and support parish ministries in faith formation and parish life. These ministries include: parish family faith formation, young parent ministry, middle school faith formation, youth and young adult ministries, sacramental preparation (includes Baptismal, First Holy Communion, Confirmation and the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony). We also accompany and resource other parish life ministries, including marriage enrichment, bereavement support, mental health and more.
Our mission is to walk with you in your ministry — offering guidance, sharing resources, and fostering collaboration. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or needs that you may have.
