Introduction to Lay Ministry is a mini-program of formation being offered through the Office of Missionary Discipleship. This is a perfect starter course for those discerning a call to ministry or for those who are just starting out in ministry. This program provides the missionary disciple with these essential elements of the lay apostolate:
- Lay vocation and the call to holiness
- Introduction to spiritual theology
- Catholic social teaching
- Essential elements of pastoral ministry
The class meets each week between 6:30-8:30 PM between September 16th through December 16th (Location and Day TBD). For more information, fill out this form or contact 860-913-2651.
Introducción al Ministerio Laico es un mini-programa de formación que se ofrece a través de la Oficina de Discipulado Misionero. Es un curso de inicio ideal para quienes están discerniendo un llamado al ministerio o para quienes se inician en él. Este programa proporciona al discípulo misionero estos elementos esenciales del apostolado laico:
- Incluirá temas como la vocación laica y el llamado a la santidaduna
- Introducción a la teología espiritual
- La doctrina social católica
- Los elementos esenciales del ministerio pastoral
