Intercessions for the Dedication of the Lateran Basilica

For our Holy Father and all bishops, priests, and deacons: that they may be guided by the Holy Spirit in building up the Church. We pray to the Lord.
For all members of the Church: that we may be living stones that build up the Body of Christ, reflecting God’s presence to the world. We pray to the Lord.
For peace and an end to all destructive conflicts in the world: that God may inspire nations to seek fraternity, justice, and reconciliation. We pray to the Lord.
For those without a church building and those unable to gather freely to worship: that they may be strengthened by God’s presence and find solace in their faith. We pray to the Lord.
For those who exist on the margins of life: that the welcome they receive in our churches may remind them of God’s care. We pray to the Lord.
For those discerning their vocation: that they may find clarity in God’s call and the support they need from the community. We pray to the Lord.
For those whose have dedicated their life to God as priests, deacons, religious brothers and sisters, and people consecrated to God: that their examples of faith and virtue may inspire a new generation to respond to God’s call. We pray to the Lord.
