For more than 25 years, the New England Catholic Biblical School (NECBS) has helped adults come to know, love, and serve God better.
While we teach Scripture in the Catholic Tradition, we also welcome adults of all ages who want to learn to read the Bible with greater understanding and to engage the biblical texts in ways that will bring them to a deeper understanding of their authentic identity found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The Second Vatican Council affirms that Sacred Scripture is instrumental to our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Financial Aid
Please do not allow financial considerations to keep you from studying with us in the New England Catholic Biblical School. Through the Sr. Jewel Renna, CND Scholarship Fund, a limited number of scholarships are available every year for students who demonstrate financial need. Applications will be accepted beginning June 1st of each year.
Application Deadlines
- First-year students must complete and return the scholarship application form by August 15th and will be notified of awards by Year One Opening Scripture Formation Day.
- Continuing students must complete and return the scholarship application form by August 15th each year and will be notified of awards by Opening Scripture Day
- Scholarship award recipients must reapply for scholarships each year and are not assured of receiving scholarship assistance in subsequent years.
- The scholarship application can be requested by logging into your student Populi account once you have been accepted and enrolled into a course.
